Software licenses
Licenses for third-party software such as BUSY or TallyPrime are issued by the vendor and are generally non-refundable once activated. Please confirm the edition and number of users before purchase.
Services
Fees for implementation, customization and development are as per the written quote. If we cannot deliver what was agreed, we will discuss a fair adjustment or refund for the undelivered portion.
Subscriptions and cloud
Cloud and AMC plans can be cancelled before the next billing period. Fees for a period already started are not refunded unless agreed in writing.
